preparing the PR #252

NOTE: this is work in progress. No demo locations of log4j.xml have been modified, rather the modified file included into src/test/resources

For running actual test please visit the https://github.com/sergueik/springboot_study/tree/master/basic-log4j-eventlog

Please advise what else to add to this PR to help it be approved

Can you please describe in the PR what you are trying to accomplish?

There's a lot of formatting changes, so it's a bit hard to read what's going on, so please don't reformat everything, only add your code. Finally, any features you're adding need to have tests and documentation.

Sorry i was busy with other tasks - will update the PR soon. The main achievment is after switching to system message dll, one can have several message ids for appenders
