Further reduce/filter GIFs #137

Via Slack support.

Paid subscriptions allow turning GIFs off. And we're already filtering MPAA-inappropriate GIFs, but maybe we can do better and allow users to change keywords or do some other filtering?

A user found that it sent them a lot of gifs that weren't relevant and were in some cases unpleasant and unexpected.

Also, I wonder if you'd considered reducing the number of gifs sent in some of the responses? I understand that it's an app for playing games so gifs can be a great accompaniment, but I wondered if you'd considered reducing that number. In some cases, the gif doesn't seem to be relevant to the message and results in the message being a little more difficult to read (I've included an example of this with this email).

Giphy allows for their gifs to be filtered according to MPAA ratings when returning search results, so perhaps that would help reduce the number of slightly odder gifs that are returned. If you aren't doing so already, I'd recommend using the filtering options to reduce the chances of the stranger gifs from showing.
