Allow customers to turn auto-renew off #159

Customers don't want to find out from a payment in a year that their auto-renew was on.

This is what happens now after closing https://github.com/dblock/slack-gamebot/issues/154, but we also automatically cancel by deleting the subscription. This is to allow reinstating the subscription on-demand.
