Customize all team messages #24

Teams should be able to set the sup message and the reminder messages.

Going to close this via https://github.com/dblock/slack-sup/commit/a4a4106a8dc2e858f47008c90eaaaac437655274, other messages don't necessarily need to be customized, but maybe translated in the future.
