Check and fix PURLs #2

Some subject URIs don't resolve, so check and fix PURLs like this one: http://purl.org/net/nlprepository/spl-ddi-annotation-poc#ddi-spl-annotation-material-1 Maybe they're a config problem with the underlying service, could be here? http://www.pitt.edu/~rdb20/nlprepository/

Maybe applies to all the spl-ddi-annotation-poc's? Another example is http://purl.org/net/nlprepository/spl-ddi-annotation-poc#ddi-spl-annotation-item-84

  1. Should this be a URL (e.g. expected to dereference)?
  2. What should it resolve to?

Options: --the actual annotation (target + body + selector) --a faceted browser view e.g. as in DBPedia: http://dbpedia.org/page/Pittsburgh --publication with highlight (e.g. target w/body highlighted)

No longer using PURL. URLs resolve to the faceted browser.
