Find vocabulary identified as http://dbmi-icode-01.dbmi.pitt.edu/dikb/vocab/resource/ and ensure it resolves #40

We are using DIKB-old terms, e.g. resource:increases_auc6.3/resource:increases_auc, from the namespace xmlns:resource="http://dbmi-icode-01.dbmi.pitt.edu/dikb/vocab/resource/"

Where is this vocabulary found?

We need to:

(1) Check that this is the model we want to use (2) (LD-style) make the vocabulary resolve.

We are using this for when we list numeric values. Longer term, we want to use DIDEO, added to agenda to prioritize adding this.
