[PDF] make annotations across two pages #140

[PDF] page header and footer should not be highlighted when users make annotations across two pages

  1. "add" button, collect the text user selected, and save them to a cache variable
  2. "delete" button, pop the text user selected both buttons should work when users add drug, add claim and add data
