based on annotator.js, an annotation framework enable user account and annotation permission management and templating annotation plugin in biomedical domain.
Hi, Here are some needed changes to the experiment plug-in after testing:
Please add the following new relationships to the 'relationship' dropdown in the claim form. The claim form and data/material tables will behave exactly the same as for the 'inhibits' and 'substrate' relationships:
has_metabolite
controls_formation_of
inhibition_constant
Please add the following units to the units dropdown:
microliters/min/mg
min(-1)
please edit the unit 'picoliters/min/pmol P450' to be simply 'picoliters/min/pmol'
Please allow the units to be manually edited in the same way as drugs so that, if the needed unit is not present in the drop-down, it can be manually written by the annotator
Please add 'K(inact)' as a column in the materials/data table - use the same units and value wizard as for K(i).
Please add 'IC(50)' as a column in the materials/data table - use the same units and value wizard as for K(i).
FINAL - please proceed to fix
