[Improvement] Add Enrol option to the My Courses menu in the top menu #133

Hi there,

We're using the Easy Enroll plugin (works beautifully with Fordson), however, a suggestion has been made to have a link to the enrolment box in the top menu - it sometimes goes unnoticed if you have a reasonably large sized banner like we do.
