Custom menu on a narrow screen #19

First I want to say thank you for this great theme! I am using the custom menu option, with 5-7 items (in the screenshots in Hebrew, but same goes for the English version of the menu). When on a large screen the menu looks great.

However on a narrower screen the menu items are not presented so well.

On a very narrow screen (such as smartphone), when the items can no longer fit in the menu, they disappear and are no longer accessible (so the user cannot switch language for example).

Is it possible to make the menu "collapse" into a hamburger menu (or similar) in the corner for screens that are too narrow for the menu to be presented in a single line, so the menu items will be available from the icon only?

Olga, I think this is the same behavior as Boost on Moodle 3.5 and previous versions that use Boost. The custom menu drops down to the footer on mobile at the bottom of the page. THis is because Boost uses the hamburger menu for the Nav Drawer.

Personally, I hate the custom menu. I rarely use it if at all. We put those links right on the homepage in the custom textbox.
