Content padding setting not used with Pulse and Modern theme presets #46

It appears that the Content padding setting is not used for the Pulse and Modern theme presets. Changing this setting has no effect on the padding. Not sure whether this is by design or is a bug.

I'm pretty sure I left it out on purpose but I will take a look and see why.
