German Translation #9

Great work, thank you very much! We are planning to implement rebel in our production environment in february 21. The users love it!

I could provide you the german translations for the theme-specific texts. How can I help?

I am never sure about how the translations work with Moodle. I suppose if you send me the file I can include it with the language folder and that would work.

Please let me know what your users like and dislike about the theme. We always take user feedback into account for new features or adjustments to what we already have,

Perfect - I will provide you a translated file. At the moment I haven't yet a proper test-environment to test it myself.

I translated the file "theme_rebel.php" into German. Just saying: I'm not a linguist ;-). But at least the translations which are relevant for the normal users should work.
