Add new items to footer

Implement footer according to the picture in the appendix (only desktop version yet). Important:

• Footer is always fix at the bottom of the page
• Links point to the corresponding pages

Added footer but some pages don't exist yet, for example imprint. Do you want to create and fill them, @dboehmer ?

Nice work @ChristinaSi . Looks very similar to the wireframe.

Yes, I will add some of the missing pages but I think the wireframe doesn't match what we actually have:

• Imprint (Impressum) is the same as the About page - on Coocook.org is simply configured "About" to be "About/Impressum" to obey German law
• FAQ and GTC (I know it as Terms & Conditions) are still in the work pipeline
• I think Privacy Policy will be part of the page GTC
• an extra Contact page doesn't exist yet and I don't know what else than the Imprint it could offer (currently there is no ticket system or support department)
