Removed plotting and the dependency to cv2, matplotlib and seaborn
Changed the OtherError in ClassLocError because we know what it is
Added associated gt box to Duplicate and ClsLoc errors (just the gt box with highest iou)
Added Fix in the case of ClsLoc error, i.e., added an oracle which fixes it, like for the others (the paper says that we can't be sure to which GT it wants to be associated with, but having the gt box with higher iou works fine)
Added dict remembering the matching pred -> gold in the case of TP pairing
The diff looks bigger because of black + spaces change (they were using tabs, I had dots by defaults when I started). The only changes are the above ones.
