location.name operation should indicate that not all of the requests were returned

Assume we're searching for an unprecise string like *f

http://open-api.bahn.de/bin/rest.exe/location.name?input=*f&authKey=<KEY>&format=json

The service returns 50 entries, but it's unclear if all the entries were returned or not. Would be good to have a property like moreDataAvailable.
