Fix predicate of xah-fly-keys segment #136

Just noticed this issue in the 0.5 version in the non-gnu ELPA repo, maybe a new version tag could be made to update it?

Made a new tag. Forget if I need to do anything for non-gnu elpa to pick that up? Pretty sure melpa-stable will...

@dbordak Thank you! looks like non-gnu ELPA didn't pick up the tag. I can see it is tracking the latest commits here though, I wonder if you just update the Version: 0.5 "magic comment" if that would trigger it 🙂
