Special wiimote mouse handler?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Say a button is at the bottom of the screen

1. Move wii mote to button then move off screen.
2. The cursor will still touch the button.
3. Press A button and button does not get clicked.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Button not to be clicked.

Does the issue occur on the latest DOSBox for Windows?
Umm, WTF does windows have to do with any thing.
The OS windows (all versions) have a special thing for when
   mouse goes off the screen. it just sits there but you can still click.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Operating system? its a Wii 4.3u why does that matter? im talking about
   the app it selfs.
