[Issue]: Crash during Low G Man #471

Describe the bug

The emulator crashed during the boss fight of the second stage in Low G Man. A bunch of garbage that looked somewhat like TV static appeared on screen and the entire system locked up. I don't believe there was any sound.

To Reproduce

Get to the boss in the second stage of Low G Man. Switch to Boomerang weapon. Wait for crash. I think the player turned pink briefly before it happened. I couldn't get this to reproduce, however, and I hadn't made any save states beforehand.

Expected behavior

No crash.
