008 always resets preferences on startup on wii

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. change settings
2. leave snes9x 
3. restart snes9x 

Every time i start Snes9x GX 008 via the Homebrew Channel
i get a message "preferences reset .. press A" This means i also
cant save any preferences.
I already tried 2 different SD Cards. Other emus like FCE Ultra GX and
Visual Boy GX dont have the Preferences Problem.

I tried Version 007 for testing.. and it works flawlessly. Seem to be a
problem with 008.

Here is my config.. maybe it helps finding the bug. (I read in the 008
changelog that the SD card access has been changed)

European Wii firmware 3.4e without any Modchip
HBC 1.01
Kingston SD Card 1GB 133x

i forgot.. yes i checked write protection on files/folders and SD Card.. there 
is none

Yeah, this happened to me on SNES9x-GX, as well as FCEUltra and VBAdvance with 
the
latest releases.
