Some sounds are messed up or wont play at all #147

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a game (I was using Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga) on a computer
or a real gba
2. Now play it on VBA GX
3. Doesn't it sound a bit different?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the normal sounds, but instead they are really high pitched or
don't play at all

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781
(http://vba-m.ngemu.com/vbam/vbacompiles/msvc2008/VisualBoyAdvance781.7z)?
If so, please report the issue to the VBA-M forum.
Haven't tried it.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
Wii

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
Whichever version is in Homebrew Browser.
