Loading of GBA roms programmed with HAM experience in game crashes on GC #63

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading of GBA homebrew roms programmed in HAM
2. Pressing start at the beginning of such games
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect to be able
to play the games normally, but with the games programmed in HAM I press
start, and immediately afterward an ingame crash happens displayed in
mostly red text with errors relating to HAM where I cant play the roms.

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781 (http://vba-
m.ngemu.com/vbam/vbacompiles/msvc2008/VisualBoyAdvance781.7z)? If so,
please report the issue to the VBA-M forum.

What version of the product are you using? On GameCube or Wii? 1.0.7 GC

Please provide any additional information below.

Cant find a download mirror for the latest VBA-M version on sourceforge. Still
looking for a viable download source.

I cant test it. I'm googling for the latest revision, and everything, and just
not
getting a download source so i can test out the roms I'm having issues with.

^^^I already tried that. Each time I double click it, it tells me a component
is
missing. What component I honestly dont know, cause all the 7z contains is the
VBA
executeable, gpl.txt, and the readme file.

Yes, you also need to update DirectX, download the latest from the Microsoft
site I
think.
