What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open VBA GX
2. Look at the menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The new versions of SNES9x GX (and probably FCE Ultra GX and Genesis Plus 
GX, according to the sources) have a new GUI for the menu, demonstrated in 
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTepvGF2fio , and I'm just wondering if you 
were going to include this in the new version of VBA GX.

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781 (http://vba-m.ngemu.com/vbam/
vbacompiles/msvc2008/VisualBoyAdvance781.7z)? If so, please report the 
issue to the VBA-M forum.
This only refers to the GX versions of emulators, and doesn't apply to VBA-
M.

What version of the product are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
Wii version, 1.0.7, I'm hoping for this in 1.0.8

Haha @ "Step #2". that's comedic gold.

Give it some time, azman2000. I'm sure the new GUI will trickle into the other
emulators with time.

Sorry, not in 1.0.8. But if you have PAL, you can see that the old-fashioned 
menu 
takes up the whole screen now, and that the version number is visible.

It shouldn't take too long now though.
