What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch VBA GX 2.0.0
2. Load Link's Awakening DX rom
3. Notice missing graphics / text

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
in previous versions of VBA GX, Link's Awakening DX displayed perfectly
without issue.

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781 (http://vba-
m.ngemu.com/vbam/vbacompiles/msvc2008/VisualBoyAdvance781.7z)? If so,
please report the issue to the VBA-M forum.
No, it does not.

What version of the product are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
VBA GX 2.0.0 on Wii.

Please provide any additional information below.

Regular RCA (Red, White, Yellow) video out to NTSC standard def.
television. No visual issues were present in previous 1.0.x builds of VBA-
GX. Using filtered video, no zooming, etc.

OK, I fixed it. It was a problem with the palette code assuming it wouldn't get
called for GBC games (because it is called in response to a GB-only register
being
written to) so not bothering to check for GBC. Fixed now.

I noticed this too Carl Kenner, I unfortunately do not have any other DX games
to
test out to see if the files have the same issues. Will this be corrected in
another
update?

Should be fixed in the latest SVN check-in; I compiled it yesterday and will
give it
a try tonight. It follows that the next public release will have the fix
incorporated. :)
