Run Your App Locally，The provenance database name is your application database suffixed with _dbos_prov,not found Is the Provenance system only available in dbos cloud? thanks

Are you referring to the tables described here?

Those are only available in DBOS Cloud.

By contrast, the system database tables (these) are used by open-source DBOS Transact for durability.
