adds dashboardButton to Workflow id picker that launches dashboard
Changed ProvenanceDatabaseConfig -> CloudConfig
Added appName and appID to CloudConfig
added dbos_cloud_dashboard_launch/uri functions
moved startInvalidCredentialsFlow to commands.ts
added startOpenDashboardFlow command

fixes #8

Note, this PR is blocked waiting for latest cloud changes (for dashboard uri command) to make it to prod
