Because the cloud API work (#25) was done on release/v1.0 branch, merging those changes into main w/ the views work from #22 was going to be difficult. Instead, main branch was reset back to commit b1dfb3e520ad959d63086b03918c982643040153 to enable a clean merge from release/v1.0.
This PR re-adds the work from #22 while also building on the work in #25.

added license field to package.json
fixed categories field in package.json
updated build GH action to set preview field of package.json to true for pre-release builds
