Add SAS format names #20

Add translations of common SAS format names.

Going to take a lot of work, and not sure if it is worth it. Other issues are higher priority. What I have is working fine and very flexible. Going to remove this from milestone but keep it open.

Coming back around to this for some common SAS format names: COMMA, DOLLAR, EURO, DATE. Reason is these are actually a little tricky to do with standard R formatting codes.

There are a few formats that are hard to get with the current arrangement. Like a comma separated number and some other kind of formatting like a dollar sign or a decimal place. So put in shortcuts for those common and hard to get formats.

Lost interest in this idea. User can write a formatting function if they want.
