xpt5 and xpt8 #121

There is a difference between SAS xport v5 and v8. In v5, the column names are restricted to 8 characters, the labels to 40 characters, and the data values to 200 characters. Need a way to specify which version of xpt you want.

Right now going to v8. I think that is good. v5 is useless.
