Add export specs #71

Add export specs so the user can control how the files are written. May use import specs on the way out.

Not sure this is really needed. Adds a lot of complexity and not much benefit. If they want to change the data types, they can just change them in the data frame. Don't see much benefit in exporting a column data type that is different from what is in the data frame. Going to keep open for a little while, but will remove from milestone.

Going to close this for now. Motivation may return later. More important things to work on.
