Time stamping and permanent public storage are two services the ledger provides. We could keep these separate but make sure we consistently state that they are on the ledger.

Rename storage S to ledger L throughout? Yes!

Just change \TS in preamble.tex. But we must edit the rest of the paper to see that we refer to L as ledger.
