Storage branch and merge #4

At some points there might be reason for the network around the blockchain to split. What will happen with the blockchain-free stuff then? Can it simply merge if everyone has been honest? The problem is double-spending attacks, for those some transactions must be invalidated.

In our case we don't have any problems with double spending, as long as we can uniquely identify proofs we're fine (and we can to prevent "double-spending" already).
