Emphasize various ways to prevent collusion #59

Emphasize the assumption about honest majority and setting a threshold larger than the size of any possible group of colluders. (From #57 )

Present as an alternative that it's possible to have a trusted entity there too. We have both the journalist Jane scenario and the solution presented in Le Monde (see #87). We can use the infrastructure developed for the solution in Le Monde.

This is fixed in #107 (#101) for the protocol, but should be discussed in the discussion section (under assumptions, I suppose).

What about Reddit scale coordination?

This should be in there already, but check that it's explicit enough.

Jane is the only secure option, but one might opt to use thresholds in the belief that large-scale collusions require coordination and therefore have a chance of being discovered and then discounted.
