The second page is also differing from the Libre template because it's missing the authors and information part. It's also missing the page number at the top of each page.
Is it a must for these features to be implemented for the thesis to be approved?
When I developed that one, I had some deviations from the libre template, particularly because they were ugly.IIRC it's the front page that's most critical. That one is decided by the university. The content, however, is only set by the department. (Remember IIRC.) I doubt that anyone would complain, so you should be fine. The one who will read your thesis will likely notice it differs, it's much more easy on the eyes, but I seriously doubt they would force you to change to the exact specification of the libre template.
Anyhow, it's based on memoir, so you can easily make changes yourself:
The latter one conforms, except for the yellow front page (it should be white).
The
miunthes
package doesn't give the result expected by the University profile. It's basically the front page that differ, the other parts are fine. So a workaround for now is to create the front page using the official (Word/Libre) template.
