Implement search button for weather

7/3/21 - What does the team think about this Possibly combine with event search bar to automatically return weather for the event searched

  1. API for weather retrieves data and icons to display current and up to 3 days of the weather in selected city.
  2. Waiting for the Events API to be able to link and style.
