paint tool size selector comes multiple times when paint tool is enabled, disabled, re-enabled.

This issue is now fixed. But the paint size slider doesn't hide. We need to go back to segmentationpanel code.

I haven't checked this out yet, but if you have the paint tool selected and you click on another item, one of the sliders disappears. I'm assuming this happens on the block starting at MitkDrawingTool.cpp line 421
