window/level quick reset needed.

After modifying window/level if the user wants to go back to default window/level, there should be a quick reset option.

That can happen with right clicking on the lever and selecting 'Default Level/Window' or 'Use optimized levelwindow'.

I agree though that it's not obvious that it can be right clicked.

Implemented a 'Reset level/window' button below the 3D view.
