percentageOfSecondRank attribute is null #4

2.) The new api i.e. http://api.dbpedia-spotlight.org/annotate/ returns null for the percentageOfSecondRank attribute. Is this a known issue?

Also, it has a typo - its "percentageOfSecondRan". No 'k' at the end.
