The project looks much better organized :+1: .

• I can't see the fake lowercase surfaceform counts being generated.

In the original nlp proc, every surface form would be turned into lowercase and if they were not in the current set of SF, it will get a -1 annotatedCount

For the next batch of work, it would be good to add the scaffolding for :

• A very small jsonwiki to use as fixture for tests
• Unit tests for the most relevant fucntionality

Just added the Test classes. No changes to the src classes since 07/09, but still good to merge.
