use yago library as a maven dependency

atm we copied some classes from the yago project but we should reference it as a library instead. From a quick check it does not exist in maven central but we could use this approach

I have integrated Stanford NLP maven dependency and code into application. Some Notes:

• https://github.com/yago-naga/javatools dont have any release and Jitpack is not able to build a maven dependency with just commits.
  
• Yago is a faster than Stanford NLP in head identification, tested with files not maven dependency.
  
• We need to add this file in addition to Maven dependency , if in case we want to trace back to Yago in future. https://github.com/dbpedia/DBTax/blob/master/root/DBTaxProject/src/main/java/org/yago/javatools/administrative/Elements.java

We can close this issue too, if this is fine.
