update plugin template to v4.0.0 #14

Currently, cmem-plugin-databus is at version 3.2.2, which is not compatible with the latest version of cmem-plugin-template v4.0.0.

The aim of this issue is to update the cmem-plugin-databus codebase to be compatible with the new version of the template. This would involve reviewing the changes made in cmem-plugin-template v4.0.0 and updating the relevant parts of cmem-plugin-databus codebase accordingly. Once updated, the plugin should be tested to ensure it is fully functional and without any compatibility issues with the new template version.
