Diseasome-Broken links #21

Diseasome dataset is down (all links are unavailable)

Could you also move the Geonames broken links file from the root directory to https://github.com/erajabi/dbpedia-links/tree/master/datasets/dbpedia.org/www.geonames.org

I am not sure if we should delete the deseasome dataset at the moment, the read me file you committed should do for now
