Pre-made index link is broken #56

The link http://downloads.dbpedia-spotlight.org/dbpedia_lookup/ does not resolve.

When you use the premade link in the readme, you go to "https://sourceforge.net/projects/dbpedia-spotlight/filesdbpedia_lookup/". This link do not resolve.

However, if you go to "https://sourceforge.net/projects/dbpedia-spotlight/files/dbpedia_lookup/", you will find something. Are these the indexes ?

@TheMarmottin yes, that should be the location of the indexes.
