Statistics and Validator to check for redirected templates

• The Statistics page should display redirected templates in bright red, and instead of Edit, should display Redirected with the following popup error message:

I am sorry but (template1) has been redirected to (template2) in Wikipedia, as you can verify http://XX.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=(template1)&redirect=no "here". You need to "migrate" this mapping to (template2) (find some discriminator field to distinguish between the two uses) and then delete this mapping.

Example for testing:

• http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Infobox_Geopolitical_organization is redirected to
• https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Infobox_country
• This causes http://mappings.dbpedia.org/index.php/Mapping_en:Infobox_Geopolitical_organization to be ineffective (the extraction framework uses the redirected dump of Wikipedia - otherwise lots of mappings created years ago for infoboxes that have been renamed in the meanwhile won't be found)
• As a result, United Nations is mapped to a country: http://mappings.dbpedia.org/server/extraction/en/extract?title=United+Nations&revid=&format=turtle-triples&extractors=mappings
• Even though it does use "Infobox geopolitical organization": http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=United_Nations&action=edit
