I've been working with the mappings for a year and I still didn't know about CombineDateMapping and CalculateMapping. Make a full list of them. A list can be obtained from google: "http://mappings.dbpedia.org/index.php/Template:" site:http://mappings.dbpedia.org

They were documented, but I split into separate sections and edited a bit. http://mappings.dbpedia.org/index.php/How_to_edit_DBpedia_Mappings#Template_to_Ontology_Mapping_Language
