statistics does not update for Цитат_уеб #70

I just mapped http://mappings.dbpedia.org/index.php/Mapping_bg:Цитат_уеб. Why doesn't the stats update? http://mappings.dbpedia.org/server/templatestatistics/bg/?template=Цитат_уеб

This is most likely due to #66: {{cite}} templates are explicitly excluded.

Indeed, this is excluded on https://github.com/dbpedia/extraction-framework/blob/master/server/src/main/statistics/ignorelist_bg.txt. My bad..
