populationAsOf vs censusYear vs populationDate vs populationYear #75

We need to make consistent use of these properties and probably delete one of them

PopulationDate was deleted, it was used in very few cases now we need to choose one of:

I think censusYear is the proper one but open to suggestions. @alexandrutodor can you use your bot and rename all usages to censusYear (or the one we decide)

A population figure may be derived by other means (eg estimation), so populationAsOf is imho better
