tvnamer fails to pick up the extended/dvd order of the series even if the --order=dvd specified

For example: Long Way Down - official air order has 6 episodes in it, however Extended Version has 10.

tvnamer does not rename episodes above no. 6 and also does not reflect the different naming of the episodes the Extended Version provides
