--name option to influence TVdb search #28

Not sure if this is the way you want to it, but I think the feature is important.

This looks good for now, until I get around to adding the functionality to tvdb_api - thanks!

I've added a warning that the option is temporary, and mentioned this in the help string), hopefully it's not too noisy
