Implement username/password authentication #6

... tokens are no longer required (or supported).

This is a breaking change - you need to remove token from the config file and add username and password instead.

Change #main to #tokenless in docker-compose.yaml to point at this branch until it's merged.

USMobile fixed the bug that let us top up with only viewer privileges. You need contributor role now. I'll update the readme before merging this.
