This branch adds support to obtain a random picture from the currently 3 supported APIs:

Pixabay
Unsplash
Pexels

Changes:

Random command added. Allows the user to retrieve a random wallpaper image.
Updated dependancies.
Added handle_err function to show errors in a universal output.
Updated usage image.
Changes for Python-Pixabay package alterations.
Renamed pixabay.py to pixab.py to resolve issues with import errors. Thanks Momozor 👍
Updated some docstrings.
